Code.Sip.Repeat 7.1 - Biloxi, MS

September 29th, 2025

Code, Sip, Repeat: A Night of AI, Blues, and Breakthroughs at the SETA 2025 Fall Conference

The energy was electric at the iconic Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi on September 29th, but it wasn’t just the music. We had the honor of hosting “Code-Sip-Repeat: A Night for Emerging Leaders” as part of the Southeastern Employment & Training Association (SETA) Fall Conference, and it was a night to remember.

Designed for the next generation of workforce development leaders, the evening brought together around 30 passionate professionals for a high-energy experience that blended networking, creative inspiration, and cutting-edge technology.

Demystifying AI with Prompt Engineering

Against the backdrop of a legendary blues club, co-presenters Jason Bradshaw and Brittany McCray took the stage to lead a session on “Prompt Engineering: Enhancing Professional Skills with AI Tools.” The goal was to move beyond the hype and give these emerging leaders practical, powerful skills for leveraging AI in their careers. The session focused on three core principles of effective prompt engineering, showing attendees how to communicate with AI to get precise, creative, and useful results.

Creativity Unleashed: The AI Storytelling Challenge

The true highlight of the evening was seeing prompt engineering in action. Attendees broke into small groups for a unique challenge: using their preferred AI chatbot to complete a wild and engaging story. The twist? They could only use prompts based on personal details and fun facts from the members of their own group.

The room buzzed with laughter and collaboration as teams crafted their prompts. The resulting stories, displayed on the main screen for all to see, were a testament to the group’s creativity and their quick grasp of AI’s potential. It was the perfect blend of learning and fun, proving that technology can be a powerful tool for connection and collaboration.

A Community of Innovators

We couldn’t have asked for a more engaged and enthusiastic group. The laid-back, fun atmosphere of the Ground Zero Blues Club provided the perfect setting for meaningful conversations and new connections.

We extend a massive thank you to the SETA board members for the opportunity to host this event and to every single attendee who brought their energy and curiosity. You are the future of workforce development, and it’s incredibly bright.
